Are there better routes to go when in credit card debt rather than debt services?

the counseling service does as much harm as good if you ask me, i work in lending and ccs reflects similar to a bankruptcy on your actual credit, consolidation and planning is a much more efficient way to handle credit card debt, if you own a home the equity in that home is far and away the best way to take care of credit card debt.

I think there should be a discount to those who use debit or cash.

Credit cards charge fees to businesses to be offer the "convenience" of credit to their customers. Those fees are then passed onto the customer in the form of higher prices for their products and services.

Then credit cards charge the customer interest charges for using their card.

Man, there is a lot of money to be made by convincing people to carry your little plastic card, instead of cash.

I think there should be a discount if people use debit or cash, instead of credit.
