Question by lorraine j: I have a credit card judgment against me when would i be notified when they try to reposes something?
I had some credit card debt and they just got a judgment against me. I am not sure what they will try to take (maybe my rundown car or very small bank account?) but what I am wondering is …do they have to give me notice before they try to repo something or get the money in my account? Also, car is in my wife’s name as well (not a community property state) can they still get the car?

They don’t want any of your stuff

They will garnishee your wages, try to attach your tax returns, grab your bank account

But they will not come after your stuff
