Why does having a secured finance loan increase the amount you pay on your comprehensive car insurance?

can a person with bad credit get a secured personal loan that has collateral?

I am looking for a small personal loan between 500-$1500 and have the title to my 2002 Ford Taurus (great shape and fully loaded) as collateral, but I have bad credit, is there any lenders out there that meet my criteria?

Why don’t the banks just give loans to the Big 3? Didn’t they just recieve a 700 Billion dollar bailout?

I think it would be a pretty secure loan for them, at least there would be some collateral in the deal with all the factories and equipment. A much sweeter deal then what the taxpayers got. What kind of collateral did the banks put up for their money?
