Countrywide giving people a hard time Modifying their Loan?

in Bad credit mortgage lenders

I’m currently trying to modify my mortgage loan with Countrywide. It seems tough they have given m every excuse why not to modify my loan. I call and they say my income exceeds their guidelines. Next month, I don’t have enough income to support the loan (dughh, at 10% who would). Also I have too many financial obligations (a car loan 2 credit cards) WTF?? I have the same info/financials when I got the loan. Also every time I call they note everything I say then they send me a letter making up stuff that I didn’t even say. They are the worst of mortgage lenders I have ever seen. Countrywide should rot along with all the people in it!! Last time I called a rep was eating chips and his mouth was so stuff I can barely here what he was saying. He said “sorry ma’am, there’s nothing you can do to save your home” (while eating chips) I was so furious! He had no care in the world. Anyone can realate to this?
